1:1 COACHING 

I work with 1:1 coaching sessions that can be either stand-alone or part of a bundle with a fixed number of sessions. In these sessions, we delve into your individual circumstances, the challenges you're encountering, and explore various strategies to overcome them.

 

Coaching primarily focuses on achieving lasting behavioral changes, such as adopting a healthy lifestyle or developing a more positive self-image. The greatest value lies in your ability to cultivate these new healthy habits independently, without ultimately needing to depend on me.

Because I find it important that you feel comfortable, the sessions can be done either with an online video call or in real life (if you are located in The Netherlands). Walking coaching sessions are optional as well if you prefer to be surrounded by nature.

CONSULTING

I provide personalized advice to achieve physical and mental well-being, alongside strategic sessions addressing nutrition, sleep and stress management.

The Reset Stage
I offer on-site health consultations directly at event sites, during both build-up and event days, as an innovative hospitality service for event organizations. By supporting artists and crew with sleep, nutrition, and stress management, I help enhance performance, recovery, and overall experience. At the same time, I create a safe, low-threshold space where people can decompress, talk openly, and feel supported in high-pressure environments. This service adds unique value by prioritizing both physical and mental well-being in a way that resonates with today’s industry.

GROUPS 

For larger groups, I provide interactive masterclasses that delve deeply into specific mental or physical health-related topics. Each session can be tailored to artist rosters, teams or educational programs, supporting both established professionals and emerging talent in navigating the realities of this industry.
 

Topics often include managing energy in high-pressure environments, dealing with performance anxiety, navigating social media and external pressure, and building sustainable habits around sleep, stress and recovery.


I’ve delivered sessions as part of artist development programs such as the EKKO DJ Course and the RRFM Academy, as well as for entire artist rosters and teams.
