Due to my professional background                                        I understand the complexities of your lifestyle. Because of this, we can collaborate efficiently to set and achieve your health goals. What distinguishes my approach is its science-based, holistic perspective, acknowledging the significant connection between the body and mind. I firmly believe that by addressing all aspects of your well-being, we can unlock your true potential for optimal health and vitality. 
 

I completed a certified course in Orthomolecular Nutrition in 2023. I'm about to complete a coaching training recognized by NOBCO, as well as a Bachelor program in Coaching and Behavioral Modification, to coach my clients effectively in lasting behavioral change.

In addition to focusing on the basics (nutrition, sleep and movement), I embrace wellness practices like circadian health, breathwork, nervous system regulation, mindfulness and biohacking. My mission is to empower you to set and achieve your mental or physical health goals in a manner that's easy to understand and integrate into your daily life. The greatest value lies in your ability to cultivate these new healthy habits independently, without ultimately needing to depend on me.

 

I also find it important to coach you in a way that is backed-up by data and science, so ideally we work with a health tracker to track your progress to see if we’re on the right course (however, this is not mandatory). My coaching approach and communication style are characterized by accessibility, transparency and pragmatism (I am Dutch after all) and, of course, there’s also plenty of space for humor.
